Debüt. Auf der IAA (14. – 24. September) in Frankfurt präsentiert Kia erstmals den neuen Stonic der breiten Öffentlichkeit. Bereits eine Woche danach rollt das schicke Crossover zur Markteinführung am 30. September zu den Händlern. Das erste Mini-SUV (Länge: 4,14 Meter) der Marke setzt auf stylisches Outfit, Komfort und hohe Alltagstauglichkeit. Der große Individualisierungsgrad spiegelt sich z. B. bei der Auswahl von bis zu 20 verschiedenen Zweitonlackierungen wider. Zum Start gibt’s drei Benziner und einen Diesel. Leistung: 84 (62) – 120 PS (88 kW). Verbrauch (l/100 km) komb.: 5,5 – 4,2 l; CO2: 125 – 109 g/km. Preis: ab 15.790 Euro.
