Orange-schwarzer Supersportler. Bei der Entwicklung seines neuen Spitzenmodell der GT-Familie hat Mercedes alle Register gezogen. Ergebnis: alles superdooper – vom Design über Aerodynamik und Materialmix bis hin zum Triebwerk. Unter der filigranen Haube steckt der stärkste AMG-V8-Serienmotor aller Zeiten. Das Power-Aggregat leistet 730 PS (537 kW) und stellt ein maximales Drehmoment von 800 Newtonmetern zur Verfügung. Aus dem Stand katapultiert sich der Zweitürer damit in 3,2 Sekunden auf Tempo 100 und in kaum neun Sekunden auf 200 km/h. Bei 325 km/h ist Schluss.
