Erweiterung. Mit neuem Otto-Motor ins neue Jahr. Der Kia Sorento kann ab sofort auch als Benziner bestellt werden. Neben dem 2,2-Liter-Diesel mit 200 PS (147 kW) ist für das zum Modelljahr 2018 überarbeitete SUV-Flaggschiff jetzt auch ein 2,4-Liter-Direkteinspritzer erhältlich. Damit mobilisiert der Kia Sorento 188 PS (138 kW) und 241 Nm Drehmoment, verfügt serienmäßig über eine Sechsstufen-Automatik, ist mit Front- oder Allradantrieb zu haben. Verbrauch (l/100 km) komb.: 9,2 – 5,6 l; CO2: 213 – 147 g/km. Das Einstiegsmodell, der Sorento 2.4 GDI 2WD Automatik Edition 7, kostet ab 34.490 Euro.
