Der Kompaktsportler ist mit einem optimierten 2,0-Liter-Turbobenziner ausgestattet, der auf 320 PS ( kW) zurückgreifen kann. Damit sprintet der agile Japaner in 5,7 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h. Mit seinem dynamischen Design sorgt der neue Civic Type R auch optisch für einen sportlichen Auftritt.
